Three people were injured early Sunday morning, after a crash involving multiple vehicles and a semi-truck.
It happened around 4a.m., at the lower deck of I-35 southbound, near Concordia Avenue and 32nd St.
According to Austin Fire Department, one person was trapped underneath the semi. It took them about 30 minutes to get that person out.
In a tweet, @ATCEMS wrote that one man was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Two other adults were also taken to the hospital, but with non-life-threatening injuries.
It's unclear how many vehicles were involved.
The accident caused closures to the lower lanes of I-35 Southbound, near Concordia Avenue.
