LIBERTY HILL, Texas — While more rain is on the horizon, last Saturday's storms and flooding have left residents in Liberty Hill still trying to recover.
Homes and cars were flooded, but for a few who live in that area, their livestock that floated away is more important to them.

Between Hurley and Cimarron Rucker, they had 11 bulls in pens on their property. Most of those were washed away when the waters rose above the pens. Since then, they've been constantly searching.
"We found two that were about three miles that way, we found one about nine miles that way, we found one about 50 miles that way," said Hurley.
The creek by the pens connects to the San Gabriel River. That's how the two of them believe the bulls floated away so easily.
As of Tuesday, all but one bull had been found. Two were found dead.
On Wednesday, after four long days, the missing bull was found alive.
"It just amazes me how the water went from this creek down here past all these pens here where these bulls were and they're still alive," said Rucker.
They said that the community has been able to help out in the search. People on boats and in cars have been able to help find out where the bulls are so they can get them back home.
"Shoot, I got more people I don't know trying to help our cattle," said Hurley. "It's absolutely amazing. We're blessed."
Even though physical damage surrounds their property, they're most worried about the bulls carried away by the water.
