DALLAS — Giddy up, Dallas!
A new store with an "eclectic twist on traditional Western" is coming to the metroplex.
Texas jeweler Kendra Scott has opened a "Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott" store in the West Village area of Dallas, nearly one month after opening its flagship store in Austin. According to a press release, the new store "draws inspiration from the beauty of the Texas landscape and its spirit of resiliency" and "reimagines Western fashion through jewelry, accessories, hats, footwear and apparel."
"Since the brand's launch, Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott has strived to put the modern cowgirl front and center, right where she belongs," company officials said in a release. "The designs embrace an eclectic twist on traditional Western wear that celebrates the strength and individuality of the women who wear it."
Every purchase at Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott gives back and empowers women, according to the company. The brand said it is proud to partner with Nest’s Women of the West fund to provide mentorship, coaching, funding, and peer support for the next generation of U.S. artisans, makers, and entrepreneurs in the American West.
The new Dallas location of Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott – located at 3699 McKinney Ave, Suite #105-B – opened Friday, Dec. 13.
“Dallas has always been such an important city for us, showing love and support for the brand since the very beginning. We couldn’t be more thrilled to bring the world of Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott to life in West Village – a true celebration of Texas and the vibrant community that has supported us for so many years,” said Kendra Scott, Founder & Chief Creative Officer.
The store "balances the juxtaposition between antiquity and modernity creating a true one-of-a-kind experience that celebrates ranch life, Texas, and the larger American West." It is designed with rich India Yellow accents and warm wood tones throughout the store and features a collection of antiques Scott has gathered over the years in her visits to Round Top, Texas.
Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott also offers a range of products from its wholesale partners, including Yellow Rose x Wrangler denim, Westerly, Three Sons, Arloom, Juan Antonio leather jackets and handbags, HBarC, Daydreamer tees, and Ranch Road Boots.
The West Village store will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Sunday.
The store's opening comes after the announcements of collaborative jewelry collections with country music stars Lainey Wilson and Dolly Parton.
