AUSTIN, Texas — It's Saturday and it's another gameday here in the 512!
It should be a pleasant occasion as the Horns take on the Kentucky Wildcats at 2:30 p.m., and after early morning tailgates have temps in the 40s, we should warm to the mid-70s as the game kicks off. Lows Saturday night should get down to around 60 in the Austin metro, with outlying areas only dropping to the 50s.
We'll warm up quite nicely for Sunday and Monday with highs in the mid-80s, but we'll be breezy at times and add a little more cloud cover ahead of a front arriving Monday.
After that front moves through, we're tracking only highs getting to the upper 60s and may not reach 70 in spots Tuesday afternoon, before more southerly flow ahead of our next front which arrives early Thanksgiving.
As a result, we may *start* with highs in the lower 70s, but temps would actually fall throughout the day before we get to the upper 40s for lows Thursday night as y'all camp out for those Black Friday bargains.
