Prior to serving as President and General Manager of KVUE, effective December 2023, Byron spent seven years as the Director of Sales at KVUE, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a keen understanding of the evolving media landscape.
As a seasoned veteran, Byron has led both local and national teams, navigating the complexities of linear, OTT and digital product lines. His leadership extends beyond traditional roles, as exemplified by his successful stints as Interim General Manager for the TEGNA-owned Beaumont duopoly KBMT/KJAC and, more recently, at KVUE.
Known for his forward-thinking approach, Byron has consistently driven innovation and positive change within TEGNA. His expertise lies in creating cohesive teams dedicated to super-serving both clients and the communities in which they thrive.
