AUSTIN, Texas — Best-selling author Amari Nylix announced the second installment of a new six-book series entitled "Austin Heat: The One That Got Away."
The book follows the release of the first book in the series, entitled "Austin Heat: The One Who Undid Me," which hit shelves in September.

Nylix’s breakout fiction series stars NFL quarterback and heartthrob Jake Skyler. Skyler is desperate to rewrite his past with women and leave behind the media storm surrounding his off-the-field antics that cloud his potential. He yearns to meet a normal girl in his hometown of Austin.

A new "Austin Heat" book will be released every two to three months. The third installment, titled "Austin Heat: The One That I Crave," is set to release on Jan. 9, 2024.
