CEDAR PARK, Texas — Cirque du Soleil is bringing a groundbreaking performance to Central Texas.
"CRYSTAL" will be coming to the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park in February with eight shows.
The show, directed by Shana Carroll and Sebastien Soldevila, will also feature local skater Hunter Grimm. It's the first experience on ice from Cirque du Soleil as world-class ice skaters and acrobats challenge the laws of gravity with never-before-seen moves.
"The show highlights Cirque du Soleil’s creativity in a new way and encourages audiences to find the magic of the everyday,” Artistic Director Robert Tannion said. “Every time you watch the show, you’ll see something new."
The shows will run from Wednesday, Feb. 21 through Sunday, Feb. 25, with multiple shows on Saturday and Sunday. You can purchase tickets and parking through Ticketmaster's website. Groups of 10 or more can also purchase discounted tickets through the H-E-B Center.
Officials also said to remember to dress warmly for performances since the show is on ice.
