Rihanna is putting on a cheeky display. The 36-year-old multihyphenate playfully lifted up her skirt to show off a black thong underneath while strutting through city streets.
In a video posted to Instagram, Rihanna joked that she was shifting perspectives after falling short of her latest fitness goal.
"Since I clearly won’t be achieving my six pack til next summer, I switched my summer goal to matching my shoes to my panties! 🤷🏿♀️," she wrote in her caption.
In the video, the "Umbrella" singer rocks an edgy take on preppy schoolgirl style. Rihanna's black bra is visible underneath an oversized, partially buttoned Oxford shirt that is half tucked into a brown pleated tennis skirt. Her undergarments are both black and, indeed, match her black shoes.
The star accessorized with glasses, two chunky necklaces, an ankle bracelet over one sock, a mini bag, and styled her hair in a mullet.
Earlier this month, Rihanna enlisted her other half -- A$AP Rocky -- to show off her Classics by Savage X Fenty men's underwear campaign alongside their 2-year-old son, RZA. Baby Riot, whom the couple welcomed in August 2023, was not pictured.
Rihanna and Rocky, who began dating in 2019, are no strangers to style. The "Diamond" singer was recently front row (and capturing footage) during the A$AP Rocky X American Sabotage by AWGE Menswear Spring/Summer 2025 show as part of Paris Fashion Week.
The GRAMMY-winning songstress and self-made billionaire spoke to ET in April, and dished on her boys' style inspiration. The secret? Their fashion-forward father!
"When I dress them, I always try to dress them like Rocky," she told ET. "Because I always envision dressing a girl, right? We all do as women, like, 'Oh, I'm going to dress her in these cute little things,' but then you get sons and you're like, 'What do I do?' and I was like, 'You know what, I have the biggest hack -- their dad.'"

More recently, in June, Rihanna gave ET an update on her highly anticipated album, called R9 by fans, and shut down the latest rumors about her music, which began when she was spotted in New York City with A$AP Rocky sporting a t-shirt that read: "I'm Retired."
"People got triggered with that retired word," Rihanna quipped. "They were like 'We're never getting an album now.' No one read the other line, it was something about, 'This is as dressed up as I get.'"
Fans needn't worry as Rihanna told ET that she's been clocked into the studio -- but it's taking time.
"I think that music, for me, is a new discovery," she said. "I'm rediscovering things. I have been working on the album for so long that I kinda put all that stuff aside and now I'm prepared to go back in the studio. I'm gonna start -- give me a second!"
