South by Southwest wristbands are going on sale and locals get first dibs.If you live in the Austin area you can buy wristbands starting Tuesday.
The billing zip code on the credit card you use to buy the wristbands has to be from the greater Austin area.
The music festival portion of SXSW will be March 11 to March 17.
