HOUSTON — Jennifer Lopez has canceled the last seven stops of her first tour in five years, including the final show in Houston.
Lopez' "This is Me ... Now" tour is set to begin on June 26 in Orlando, Florida. She is then hitting several other cities including four Texas stops in Austin, Edinburg, San Antonio and Dallas.
The global superstar was originally scheduled to end her 30-plus city tour at the Toyota Center in Houston on Aug. 31, but that show is now cancelled and does not appear on the Toyota Center's website or on AXS.
Along with Houston, tour dates for Cleveland, Nashville, Raleigh, Atlanta, Tampa and New Orleans were also cancelled. Aside from Houston, the rest of cities are marked as cancelled on Ticketmaster.
According to AXS, buyers should recieve an email with refund instructions. Their website states that if an event was cancelled, fans who purchased tickets through AXS online or the AXS mobile app will be refunded automatically to the payment method they used to purchase within 30 business days.
Lopez didn't offer an explanation for cancelled dates. AXS also told KHOU 11 News they didn't have any information regarding the reason for the cancellation.
Lopez' tour now ends in New York City, where she will perform two nights at Madison Square Garden.
