ELSBERRY, Mo. — One Lincoln County woman is reaching a major milestone and to celebrate her many years of life, her nursing home is asking for something special.
Elsberry Health Care Center is asking for 100 birthday cards for Berniece Hoerr. She turns 100 years old on Nov. 21.
