AUSTIN, Texas — Good news for frequent shoppers: Amazon has announced it is expanding Amazon Fresh grocery delivery to Austin.
Starting on Thursday, Amazon Prime members can get free two-hour grocery delivery on orders of $35 or more and one-hour delivery for $4.99.
The service includes perishable items like meat, seafood and produce, along with other items like snacks and household goods.
Amazon has also made Amazon Fresh free for Prime members, whereas it used to be $14.99 a month.

“Customers in Austin already love having their groceries delivered from Whole Foods Market, and Amazon is excited to bring another ultrafast, convenient grocery delivery option to Prime members,” the company said in a statement.
