BIDDEFORD, Maine — Biddeford Intermediate School allowed one of its students to wear a costume, not for Halloween, but for a student ID picture.
Craig Arsenault posted a message on Facebook saying he and his wife dared their son to wear a hot dog costume for school pictures. "The school let him do it, and I couldn't be happier," says the father.
