ROUND ROCK, Texas — Farm to table restaurants are popping up all across the country.
The idea is to serve customers fresh and antibiotic-free food.
Greenhouse Craft Food in Round Rock opened it's doors a little over 5 years ago. Founder Rob Snow got the idea, in part, because he wanted his kids to have healthy and hormone-free food to eat.
At Greenhouse, their more popular items are a turkey club with tomato jam, the BLT with jalapeno jelly and a fried egg. Their farm fresh burgers with a tomato-infused bun is another staple.
Many of their customers are regulars, who enjoy whatever the special happens to be on the day they visit.
Greenhouse also serves brunch on Saturdays and Sundays and has catering options.
