A recall notice has been posted for three macaroni and cheese dinners and cups distributed by TreeHouse Foods Inc.due to a potential Salmonella risk in its cheddar cheese seasoning.
The brands affected include Walmart's Great Value Macaroni & Cheese Original Cups, Big Win Original Macaroni & Cheese Dinner and Cheese Club Express Mac Macaroni & Cheese Dinner.
The secondary recall notice was part of a series of recalls over the weekend possibly connected to the federal seizure of more than 4 million pounds of powdered milk from Valley Milk Products LLC, reports Food Safety News.
