AUSTIN, Texas — Central Texans have seen many businesses shutting down because of the COVID-19 pandemic. KVUE wants to help "Keep Austin local" by highlighting small businesses that might need a little help.
On Friday, KVUE stopped by My Party Palace in Round Rock. The party spot has been around for 16 years offering a private, safe and clean venue for princess parties.
Before the COVID-19 pandemic, My Party Palace had about five parties each weekend. When the pandemic hit, the venue only had five parties in eight months.
The venue offers different party packages including Princess Party, Princess and Pink Unicorn Party, Diva Party and a Spa and Sparkle Party.

In May, My Party Palace will have a Mommy and Me Tea. In June, they will have a Daddy and Daughter Day. They also will have their 14th annual Kinder Princess Tea in August.
The owner, Michelle Azuara, said they are known for their “girl power” themed parties and being able to empower and encourage little girls to dream big and reach for the stars. They are also involved in the community. sponsoring and supporting local schools, organizations and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
