AUSTIN, Texas — Construction is currently underway at the Presidium Tech Ridge in northeast Austin.
The Tech Ridge Corridor, which is home to tech companies such as Dell, General Motors, Samsung and 3M, will be the location of a 358-unit, four-story luxury community.
“Presidium worked diligently with the City of Austin to situate Presidium Tech Ridge along a spring-fed creek that runs through five acres of dedicated parkland with an additional quarter-acre dog park, providing residents with a resort-style living environment with endless options to work, live and play — whether on-site or in the surrounding community,” said Dustin Mattiza, vice president of development for Presidium. “From fully-conditioned corridors, which will be a first in this submarket, to centralized sustainable water heating systems and luxury amenities that take advantage of the captivating nature views, Presidium Tech Ridge will successfully meet the lifestyle needs of the area’s dynamic and innovative demographic.”
According to Humphreys & Partners Architects, which are based out of Dallas, the community will have a clubroom, coffee bar, game room, theater lounge, golf simulator, fitness center, yoga studio, social lounge and business center with private offices. Those living within the complex will also be able to enjoy a zero-edge pool, fire pits, outdoor kitchen and private dog park.
The architects described what each apartment will offer, including 10-foot high ceilings, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, built-in desks, wine coolers and full-sized washer and dryers. Residents will also have a keyless entry door and Ecobee thermostats built-in.
Construction on the Presidium Tech Ridge is expected to be completed by late 2023.
