ROUND ROCK, Texas — Construction is underway for the IDI Logistics' Sunrise Commerce Center in Round Rock.

The 37-acre industrial development project will have five buildings located at 2380 Oakmont Road, less than a mile from Interstate 35.

“Central Texas continues to see a demand for industrial space, and with its easy highway access and strategic location, Sunrise Commerce Center will provide what users are looking for most,” said Zack Rogers, VP/project executive of the AP Gulf States region. “This project is a great way for AP to continue expanding and growing in Austin and Central Texas.

At this time, Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP) – which is behind the construction – is working on Phase 1 of two phases of the 465,786-square-foot development.
