GEORGETOWN, Texas — New luxury lofts are coming to Georgetown. The Summit Lofts is set to open by the end of 2021, bringing hundreds of new homes to Central Texas.
The development will contain 256 luxury lofts. Amenities include a six-story parking garage, retail stores on the lower level, fitness facilities, a rooftop pool and cabanas.
The Lofts are a part of The Summit at Rivery Park, another development from the Novak Brothers. The Summit is a mixed-use development with a hotel, conference center, offices, restaurants and retail.
It also contains other residential developments The Brownstone at The Summit homes and Rivery Park Apartments.
The Summit Lofts is located on Rivery Boulevard in Georgetown. It is across the street from a Walmart and The Home Depot and backs up to the San Gabriel River.
