Austin Bold FC will celebrate Pride Month by hosting LGBTQ Pride Night

Get ready! The home game is scheduled for Saturday, June 8.

AUSTIN, Texas — Pride Month is in full swing, and Austin Bold FC will host the LGBTQ Pride Night Game during their home game Saturday.

Hosted at the Circuit of the Americas, the soccer team will compete against the Portland Timbers 2. The game kicks off at 7:30 p.m. on June 8.

Austin Bold FC is partnering with Austin Pride by offering fans a specially designed Bold FC pride jersey. Twenty-five percent of all jersey sales will be donated to the Austin Gay and Lesbian Pride Foundation.

"The Voice" semifinalist and Austin local, Nakia, is expected to sing the National Anthem at the Pride Night game. A blues and soul singer, Nakia is a member of the LGBTQ community.
