AUSTIN, Texas — Bubba Watson won the 2018 Dell Match Play Championship and says his mom takes all the credit.
"My mom says she was the reason why I won and that's why she came back," said Watson.
He won the championship match 7 up with 6 to play.
"Anytime you can lift the trophy, it's pretty special," said Watson.
Watson said his putting was another key in his win last year.
"I think I putted really well."
The former Masters champ is playing for the fourth week in a row.
"I haven't said anything about preparing for the Masters or anything; I'm trying to prepare for this week," said Watson. "To win a golf tournament a lot of things have to go your way."
