FORT WORTH, Texas — This story has been updated to include the victim's identity.
Fort Worth police are investigating a 27-year-old man's death after a group of children found his body while playing hide-and-seek Saturday.
Authorities say the children were playing outside Saturday afternoon near the 9000 block of N Normandale Street and the 9000 block of Brian Way Circle when they found Larry Otis Clark's body.
Authorities said he was killed shortly after 12:45 p.m. by asphyxia and blunt force trauma in an apartment complex breezeway.
Officials say the homicide unit is investigating his death.
