A Chick-Fil-A manager admitted to stealing nearly $120,000 from the restaurant in 2013.

Justin Felder, 27, was a shift supervisor at the Chick-Fil-A restaurant located at 13201 N. FM 620 from October 13, 2011 until June 26, 2013.

On June 26, 2013, an operations manager of the restaurant noticed an unusually large refund of $299.85 on electronic financial transaction reports. When she asked Felder about the refund, he told her that the had authorized the refund. Because the refund was authorized on a register that does not have cash, the operations manager asked Felder where the money was. He told her, "There is no money, it was credited to my bank card."

The operations manager informed the owner of the restaurant about what happened and an internal investigation was launched. The investigation showed a total of 246 credits from the restaurant to Felder's bank account during the time of his employment. The credits amounted to $119,003.29.

On June 27, 2013, Felder admitted to the operations manager and an owner of the restaurant that he had made the transactions to his personal bank account.

Felder was arrested on July 20, 2016 and charged with second-degree felony theft. He is being held at Williamson County Jail on a $40,000 bond.
