AUSTIN, Texas — The Austin Police Department (APD) is investigating a homicide Thursday night in far East Austin.
At approximately 8:30 p.m., police said a man suffered a gunshot wound in the 6300 block of Thurgood Avenue, not far from U.S. 183.
As of yet, no details have been provided on a suspect, but officers said they have been speaking with witnesses.
