ROUND ROCK, Texas – Jacob Lavoro, 19, may be headed back to jail after he allegedly violated the conditions of his release from jail.
Lavoro pleaded guilty to a second-degree felony charge over baking marijuana-laced brownies last year. Lavoro was granted a deferred adjudication as part of his plea deal.
According to the Williamson County District Attorney, Lavoro violated multiple conditions including: using marijuana on July 4, failing to pay multiple fees related to his probation, failure to perform community service, failure to complete a chemical abuse treatment program, among others.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Lavoro.
