AUSTIN, Texas — The Austin Police Department has named the teen who is accused of fatally shooting a 19-year-old in a March drive-by in southeast Austin.
Shortly after 11 p.m. on March 13 in the 2200 block of East Stassney Lane, near Interstate Highway 35, officers responded to the shooting. There, they found Oscar M. San Juan Jaimes, 19, who appeared to have been shot. Jaimes was taken to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
