AUSTIN -- Three juveniles were arrested after crashing a stolen pickup truck into a coffee shop around 3:23 a.m. Monday morning, police said.
The Austin Police Department said they reported seeing a stolen truck at East Seventh Street and Pleasant Valley, and had to pursue the Toyota Tacoma when the driver of the truck refused to pull over. The pursuit ended five minutes later after the truck crashed into Greater Goods Coffee Roasting Co. on East Fifth Street.
The APD said they arrested three juveniles at the scene.
The coffee shop remains open for business Monday, but said the portion of the building where the crash occurred is closed to the public.
