Police are searching for a man who exposed himself to a woman near the University of Texas campus on Tuesday.
According to KVUE’s partners at the Austin American-Statesman, a woman was walking in the 3300 block of Speedway when a man called to her from a car to ask for directions. The woman realized as she approached the approached the vehicle the man was touching himself.
UTPD said a similar incident was reported July 20, in which a woman told police that a man walked up to her near 22nd Street and Rio Grande and exposed himself.
Police said they have not yet been able to determine whether it was the same man, but UTPD and APD are investigating the incidents. KVUE has reached out to the departments to get a description or descriptions of the man.
Anyone with information on the incidents or anyone who may be a victim is advised to contact UTPD or APD.
