Former UT tennis coach Michael Center to plead not guilty in court this week

He's accused of taking $100,000 in bribes to get a student into UT.

AUSTIN, Texas — From the tennis court to the courtroom: At least 12 coaches or parents involved in the massive college cheating scandal will have their first federal court appearance Monday. 

Former University of Texas head tennis coach Michael Center is expected to appear in a Boston courtroom this week.

Thursday, Center is expected to enter a "not guilty" plea for his alleged role in the college admissions scandal. He's accused of taking $100,000 in bribes to get a student into UT.
