LLANO, Texas — Bluebonnets and Central Texas go together like barbeque and sweet tea. Many can't wait to see them as they are a sign spring is coming.
The Llano County Chamber of Commerce sent a photo to KVUE of the first bluebonnets of the season.
The first bluebonnets of the season were spotted in northeastern Llano County on Jan. 22.
These bluebonnets have appeared earlier than usual. Typically, the peak season for bluebonnets is in April.
