BASTROP COUNTY -- The Bluebonnet Area Crime Stoppers is offering a $10,000 reward for information to help solve the October 28 fire that shut down the Bastrop HEB for nearly a week, according to Bastrop police.
The store has since reopened, but because of extensive smoke every product in the store had to be thrown out, police said.
"We completely took the product out of the store," David Seeker, the store's general manager said. "We cleaned it front to back, top to bottom all the way down to the coils in the refrigerated cases and then completely restock the store, and we were able to do all that in 5 days."
