With liquor stores closed for Thanksgiving, here's where you can get into the holiday 'spirits' in Austin

If you're looking to make a trip to the liquor store on Thanksgiving, you're not completely out of luck.

AUSTIN, Texas — While liquor stores in Texas might be closed for Thanksgiving, there are other ways to get into the holiday spirits.

In the Lone Star State, liquor stores are only closed on Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day, according to the Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission.
