Backyard at Waller Creek. 701 E. 11th St. 512-478-1111, backyardbaraustin.com. Three-course prix fixe menu served from 1 to 8 p.m. features options like bake French onion soup, garlic-roasted prime rib and honey-roasted Alaskan salmon. Cost is $42.

Brix and Ale. 1101 Woodlawn Ave. Georgetown. 737-444-2700, sheratongeorgetowntexas.com. Buffet served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. includes carving station, turducken and omelet station. Cost is $55 and $27.50 for children.

Ciclo at the Four Seasons. 98 San Jacinto Blvd. 512-685- 8300, cicloatx.com. The restaurant hosts seatings from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., with the ballroom serving from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The buffet spread includes pumpkin seed mole-crusted lamb, build-your-own-paella and chocolate-hazelnut crème brûlée. Cost is $90 for adults and $40 for children ages six to 11.
