AUSTIN, Texas — Six people were seriously injured following a rollover crash involving two vehicles east of Austin, according to officials.
Editor's note: KVUE corrected a previous version of this story that reported only three people were injured in the crash.
Austin-Travis County EMS (ATCEMS) responded to the crash on FM 969 near Hornsby Bend on Sunday just after 4 p.m.
According to ATCEMS, three adults, two teenagers, and a child were all injured in the incident. Two people were rescued without issue, while one person was trapped for an extended period, ATCEMS says.
Details on what caused the crash are limited at this time, but officials said all six people were hospitalized with potentially serious injuries.
