AUSTIN, Texas — An investigation is underway after a body was recovered from Lake Walter E. Long in East Austin.
According to Austin-Travis County EMS, a caller reported a body floating in the water on Monday evening.
Multiple agencies, including the Austin Police Department, responded to the call. When authorities arrived, an adult was pronounced dead at the scene.
