AUSTIN, Texas — Authorities are investigating after a body was found along a roadway in southwest Austin.
Austin-Travis County EMS (ATCEMS) reported the body was found just after 1 p.m. Wednesday on Westbank Drive, near Camp Craft Road.
Details are limited, but ACTEMS said the person was pronounced dead at the scene. The Austin Police Department (APD) is also investigating and said they do not suspect foul play at this time.
APD said its investigation is ongoing and the person's cause of death will be determined by the Travis County Medical Examiner's Office.
