Cedar Park police are asking for help to find a missing woman.
They say 20-year-old Delcy Martinez Ramos left her home on South Cougar Avenue on Tuesday afternoon and she hasn't been seen since.
Police say she has a cognitive impairment and may be confused or disoriented.
If you see her, you are asked to call 911.
