LIBERTY HILL, Texas β A dog who went missing after a deadly Liberty Hill crash on March 17 has been found and will be reunited with his family.
The crash killed one person and sent several to the hospital, including five children.
Dog Probie survived the crash, and was found in a woman's yard on Monday. After the dog's owner died in the crash, his family had asked the public for help finding him.
His owner, Katie, was cremated, and now Probie and Katie will head back to Houston together on Tuesday.
According to the family's Facebook page, Probie was last seen running from the crash site and heading east into Liberty Hill on the north side of Highway 29.
His family thanked the public for their help on Monday night.
"Hi Liberty Hill! Thank you for all the love! Y'all rock!" they wrote on Facebook.
Another dog, Luna, was also reunited with family on Monday after she went missing following a crash.
