Family spends Christmas night searching for missing pregnant teen last seen near San Antonio

On Monday, a CLEAR alert was issued for Savanah Nicole Soto. It states police believe she could be in danger.

LEON VALLEY, Texas — The family of Savanah Nicole Soto organized a search for the missing pregnant teen Christmas night.

They gathered at the apartment complex she was last seen in Leon Valley. From there, family and friends drove around the area.

On Monday, a CLEAR alert was issued for Soto. It states police believe she could be in danger.

Her grandmother, Rachel Soto spoke out about her granddaughter’s disappearance.

“We love her. We miss her. Whatever is going on, let her come home so we can have a Merry Christmas with her,” she said.

Savanah was last seen leaving her apartments at Valencia Lofts off Grissom Road around 2 p.m. Friday. Her family noticed something was off when she did not show up to her hospital appointment Saturday night to be induced.

They said she is more than a week past her due date.

“I pray to God every day, every minute, every second of the day. We pray to God to bring her home, to bring her home safely because we need her home to complete our family again,” Soto said.

Rachel Soto said her granddaughter had the nursery ready and the baby’s name picked out.

“She was thrilled and excited about being a mom,” Soto said. “She had everything ready for her little boy.”

The CLEAR Alert issued stated Soto could be in a gray 2013 KIA Optima with a temporary Texas tag (4289D57).

The family said she was living her with boyfriend and father of her unborn baby. They said they have yet to get a hold of him either.

“It’s not normal, something’s not adding up here,” Soto said. “I want answers. We all want answers.”

All the family wants is to know Savanah and her baby boy are safe.

“She’s a beautiful girl, she’s a beautiful heart,” Soto said. “She’ll help anyone and I want someone to help us.”

Leon Valley Police attempted to get inside the apartment Monday night, but was not successful. They stayed and spoke with family for several minutes.

They urge anyone who has information to contact them at 210-684-1391.
