AUSTIN, Texas — One person is dead and two others are injured after a crash in East Austin Saturday afternoon.
Officials with Austin-Travis County EMS (ATCEMS) said the crash occurred just after 5 p.m. in the area around the 10100 to 10500 block of FM 969, near Bud Dryden Airport.
Medics executed a vehicle rescue before pronouncing one of the patients dead on the scene. The two other patients were taken to Dell Seton Medical Center, where one is dealing with serious injuries and the other is dealing with non-life threatening injuries.
