AUSTIN, Texas — Westwood High School in Round Rock ISD was placed under a lockdown Wednesday afternoon.
According to Principal Mario Acosta, the lockdown began around 1:35 p.m. as law enforcement addressed an unknown concern. The lockdown was lifted at 2:45 p.m.
All students and staff are safe and secure in the building.
"The safety and security of our students and staff is our top priority," Acosta said.
