AUSTIN, Texas — An Austin masseur accused of groping a pregnant woman during a massage in November has been charged with attempted sexual assault, according to an arrest affidavit filed on Wednesday.
The woman went to the Viva Day Spa in the 11600 block of Rock Rose Avenue on Nov. 18 for a massage, according to the document.
The woman went into a private room with her massage therapist, who was later identified by the businesses owner as Jonathan Aaron Newcomb, the affidavit said.
