Massive meth bust after WilCo I-35 traffic stop

Around 48 kilograms of methamphetamine were found inside welded metal traps inside all four tires.

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Texas — A traffic stop on I-35 on Monday revealed a massive amount of methamphetamine hidden in a car’s tires, Williamson County Police said.

Deputies pulled over a 2007 Toyota Rav 4 headed north for driving in the left lane and not passing.

Around 48 kilograms of methamphetamine were found inside welded metal traps inside all four tires, Williamson County Sheriff Robert Chody said.
