AUSTIN, Texas — A concert at the Moody Center Friday night was canceled just before it was scheduled to begin.
According to the Moody Center's account on X, the scheduled Cigarettes After Sex concert was postponed due to "unexpected circumstances."
The band posted on their X account Friday night that they were "heartbroken to announce that due to unexpected circumstances, we have to reschedule our show in Austin tonight for a later date." They continued to thank fans "for being so incredibly patient today and we promise to make it up to all of you."
It is currently unclear what prompted the abrupt cancelation.
