AUSTIN — A North Austin apartment complex is warning its residents after police said a woman was attacked last week.
Police confirmed to KVUE that a woman was allegedly attacked July 27 at the Madison at Scofield Farms Apartment Homes located at Metric Boulevard near Parmer Lane and Interstate 35.
Austin police were not able to provide more details regarding the case. They are still investigating the incident.
Residents reached out to KVUE and said the apartment management left a letter on their doors following the incident.
Management said the sexual assault happened on their property at 5:15 a.m. that day.
