A man considered a hero for rushing to help people escape a burning building after a suicide plane crash in Northwest Austin has received special honors.
Congressman Michael McCaul presented Robin Dehaven with an American flag flown over the U.S. Capitol.
When Dehaven, a glass shop employee, saw the burning Echelon building on February 18, he used ladders on his truck to pull employees to safety.
Two people died in that plane attack Pilot Joseph Stack and IRS employee Vernon Hunter.
