Cooke's family and friends gathered at the south steps of the Historic Williamson County Courthouse in Georgetown.

Her mother, Janet Cooke, was in attendance along with several Williamson County investigators tasked with investigating this and about a dozen other cold cases here in Georgetown.

"Somebody knows something, and that's what I'm waiting for. We've just gotta hang in there until we get that piece of information," said Janet.

She also thanked investigators for their continued work and appealed to the public for new information.

The Williamson County Sheriff's Office is still offering a reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to Cooke's location.
