AUSTIN -- One of Texas' Most Wanted fugitives has been arrested in Arkansas.
Leo Click, Jr., 43, was wanted for criminally negligent homicide, injury to a child and parole violation.
DPS says on Aug. 18 Click was driving when he crossed the center line, killing two people and injuring six others.
The Texas Department ofPublic Safety, Refugio County Sheriff's Office and the U.S.Marshals Service worked together with Arkansas authorities to capture Click.
