TEMPLE, Texas — This weekend, families said "goodbye" to a pair of friends from Temple who were found dead in Oklahoma earlier this month.
Jenna Scott's celebration of life service was held Friday afternoon.
Michael Swearingin's funeral was held at 2 p.m. Saturday in a small town outside of Temple.
The friends were last seen alive on January 4. Their bodies were found in Oklahoma more than a week later.
Their deaths are being investigated as homicides.
