AMBER Alert discontinued for two missing Carrizo Springs children

CARRIZO SPRINGS, Texas — An AMBER Alert has been discontinued after two children, ages 7 and 5, who went missing early Friday afternoon in Carrizo Springs were found safe.

Authorities identified the suspect as 37-year-old Dora Cruz, who stands 5-feet-1, weighs 120 pounds, and has brown eyes and blonde hair. She was last seen wearing a white, pink and yellow-colored T-shirt. 

If you have any information as to their whereabouts, you're urged to contact the Dimmit County Sheriff's Office at (830) 876-3500.
